All items sold by Central Ohio Audio Video are warranted solely by the manufacturer. All items requiring repair should be sent to the manufacturer directly for service. Central Ohio Audio Video is not liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service. Central Ohio Audio Video makes no guarantee of compatibility and does not guarantee items, which are used for any purpose other than those specified in its accompanying instruction manual.

Used equipment is covered under a 30-day parts and labor warranty.

Equipment used during an installation will be warranted by the same warranty period offered by the vendor from the date the installation begins.

Merchandise returned for credit is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Prior to returning any merchandise, the end user must contact Central Ohio Audio Video to request authorization to return material. Central Ohio Audio Video RMA Department will process the necessary paperwork and issue an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping labels on all returned boxes. Returned goods must be shipped in their original boxes and packing materials with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. All manuals , cables, and accessories originally shipped must be included with the product and in saleable condition. Otherwise, the credit will be deducted accordingly. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized RMA number. The credit is subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns between 0 to 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. No refund or credit returns will be issued after 30 days.
